Find Levels (z-values) based on any two know points. You can find a level between the two points points or project from them to find that level along the defined line. Ideal for designing ramps/ find points/contours within incomplete surveys etc

Find Levels (z-values) based on any two known points.  

You can find

A level between any two points: Allowing you to

  • find missing points within an incomplete survey. (a straight slope between the two points is a fair assumption)
  • draw or complete countour lines
  • locate a specific point on a diagonal line which is of a specific height to your datum point.

A level at the intersection of a line and the z-plane at any given height: Allowing you to

  • Design or extend a ramp to reach a set landing set a specific level.
  • Determine a point such that you can extend a line/plane to meet a set height
  • Virtually Extend Line (vertically)

All your RL (Relative Levels) to any Datum Point: Allowing you to document work.

You can also use this plugin to set a datum and document all your z-values (relative levels)

SPECIAL FEATURES

Colour Coding: You can colour-code and change your node display such that multiple scenarios can be explored simultaneously.

Group Naming: All levels are automatically named my type and colour and ordered accordingingly within Outliner..(also refer to nz_EasyGroups if your interested in making the most of Outliner)

Restore Settings: Restore Setting to RememberMe (inter-session memory) or Factory Settings 

Use nz_LevelFinder to find a third point of a set height relative to two known points, creatively you could use this tool in order to determine sightlines (employ a height beyond your target).

nz_LevelFinder is an easy way to extend a diagonal line or subdivide an existing one accurately.
